Getting to know someone can take time. Therefore, we will move at a pace that you're comfortable with as we build a strong therapeutic relationship. I am light-hearted and incorporate humor at times. You will often hear me touching on the idea of self-compassion. We will discuss your history and possible diagnoses, and that will give us a framework to better understand you, your relationships, and goals set by you.

I received my master’s degree in Social Work at Saint Louis University, and I have my LMSW in the state of Missouri. I have experience working with a combination of dual diagnoses in both teens and adults. I truly believe that each person has unique neurological differences and gifts. Finding current research and receiving colleague input is important to me.

I began my practicum at LifeWork in 2020 and was hired at the beginning of 2021. In this time, I have done diversity work, seen individual clients, taught both adolescent and adult skills groups, and taken trainings on trauma-informed care.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking with my partner and my dog, spending time with my family, seeing live music, and getting on the yoga mat. My audiobooks are typically on a topic related to mental health, but I'm learning to enjoy more novels. I love street photography, especially while traveling.

I have my LMSW and am receiving supervision for my LCSW. My rate is $70 out of pocket.
