Guiding you to uncover your strengths, value yourself for who you are, and become unstuck from what is holding you back is the work I do with adolescents, adults, families, and parents. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, confidential, and caring space to identify the root causes of problems and create goals that will help you move forward despite feeling stuck and powerless. I incorporate specific therapeutic interventions and your own strengths (you have them!) to assist you in acquiring tools to create the life you want to live.

I combine 20+ years of experience working with parents along with expertise in education, adolescent development, conscious parenting, and attachment issues to support parents navigating the changing landscape of parenting adolescents. I also offer individual therapy for adolescents and adults.

I am a graduate of the University of Missouri, St. Louis and Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Missouri. In my free time, I enjoy communing with nature, connecting with friends and family, and engaging in creative activities.

Specializations: Anxiety, depression, mood disorders, parenting issues and support, self-esteem, mid-life transitions, adolescent to adult transition, supporting teens and families.

Treatment Modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Strengths-Based, Humanistic, Mindfulness.

I am currently not accepting insurance. My fee is $70 per session. I am currently practicing under the supervision of Greg Rieger, LCSW.
