she/her/hers

Navigating relationships, understanding emotions, and finding meaning are parts of life that we can all use help with at times. My goal is to help clients build skills that help them to navigate the challenges that life throws their way. I am committed to bringing genuineness, validation, respect, and collaboration into my work.

I am a student at Washington University in St. Louis, currently in my second year of working towards a Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health. I received my BA in Psychology in 2019, and after graduating I worked for three years on the Adolescent Brain and Cognitive Development Study through the Washington University School of Medicine. I also have experience working in inpatient mental health settings with adults.

In my free time, you can count on me to be reading, playing nerdy games (video, card, or board), or hanging out with my wonderful cats. I am so excited and grateful to be part of the team at LifeWork.

I am currently practicing under the supervision of Anne Zink. I do not take insurance at this time and my out of pocket rate is $45 per session.
