Hi, I am Mariah Saldana, here to help you take the steps towards creating a life worth living.

I received my Bachelor's degree from Lindenwood University in Social Work and was introduced to DBT during my master's program at University of Missouri - St. Louis. I am a provisionally licensed clinician working toward licensure, and one day I hope to obtain my DBT certification. I completed my practicum in 2021 with LifeWork and just couldn't say goodbye. I have been co-leading the Adult DBT skills program since the beginning of my practicum, and find joy in teaching DBT skills.

My goal is to help clients realize that both pain and joy can exist in our lives, and it still be worth living. I enjoy working with teens and young adults on DBT skills to help manage those "bigger than life" emotions and impulsive actions. I also enjoy working with athletes of all ages.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my cat, Nollie. I also enjoy skateboarding, Star Wars, reading, meditation, and enjoying the great outdoors.
