Mindfulness is a powerful tool for increasing awareness of the present moment, improving quality of life, and providing connection and calm and to the mind and body. Join Jeff Brenneman, LCSW and Caleb Reese, PsyD for a six-week course on learning and applying mindfulness skills. Sessions will be held every Saturday from 10-11a CST from March 11 to April 15.
